My Company, Outback Tracks caravan camping 4WD, produce a range of innovative anchoring solutions for Caravan, Motorhome, RV and Gazebo users.
We are looking for a foundry to work with us to produce a quality product for the Australian market & export.
Our main product, a ground screw is 20 cm long with a 19mm head and has a thread ranging from 18mm to 4mm dia. it is made from 316 Stainless Steel.
The screw needs to be symmetrical on the central axis and strong!!
We currently produce 30,000 per year of this product alone and expect to produce at lease 100,000 per year in the next 18 months.
If you would like to quote on our products, could you kindly answer the following few questions.
Can you produce quality Investment castings in 316 Stainless Steel?
What is your experience in export?
What are the main countries you export to?
Have you had experience in exporting to Australia?
What method of quality control do you use, (ISO9001 etc.,)?
